I appreciated the attentive restaurant staff. they were always welcoming. However, the two elevators were a letdown. I often waited a long time for a lift, especially when busy groups arrived. The bathroom could use better sound insulation too. I heard more than I preferred from the hall and neighboring rooms. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas to improve.

Oh man, the breakfast here is a real treat! The homemade dishes were delightful, bringing a taste of local flavors. Plus, the cleanliness and comfort of the King Room had me feeling right at home.

But, fair warning about the two elevators—if a big group rolls in, you might find yourself waiting a bit. Still, with the cozy vibe and location, it’s worth it!

The wide sidewalks were perfect for strolling, and the kids loved watching everyone biking and rollerblading. The room was cozy and clean, great for our family of five, including our baby.

The location is legit awesome, right in the heart of Plaza Forum! Rooms are super clean and comfy. The staff was really friendly too, especially in the restaurant. Just wish breakfast wasn’t an extra charge, that caught us off guard. Overall, pretty nice place for a family getaway!
